Welcome to my online magazine. My magazine is designed to bring together people and information on the people who migrated to Queensland in the 19th Century. I live in Maryborough, Queensland. In the 19th Century this was known througout the world as the Port of Maryborough.

It was through here that 23,000 immigrants first stepped ashore on Australian soil.

Most of these people have stayed on in the area and there descendants still continue to live here.

This magazine is designed to give people an outlet for information, query's or any information they would like to see added to these pages.

Please feel free to contact me regarding anything to do with early immigration to Queensland

To create this e-zine, I just sat down and thought to myself: what do I like to read? The content comes from a variety of sources: some I've written myself, some has been written by friends, and some has been contributed by other Internet users just like you.

I hope you enjoy this e-zine. Be sure to sign my guestbook at the bottom of the screen or send e-mail to let me know what you think (or to contribute articles or ideas). I'll be updating frequently, so check back often!
